Our Story
Stay Platez began with a simple question:
“Why hasn’t anyone designed a better learner plate?”
After seeing the frustrations experienced by learner and provisional drivers—from plates falling off while driving to becoming damaged in Australia’s harsh weather—we set out to design a product that offered a smarter solution.
Instead of simply improving an existing product, we reimagined it from the ground up.
The result is an innovative all-in-one learner and provisional plate holder that is durable, practical and designed specifically for Australian conditions.
Every Stay Platez product reflects our commitment to innovation, quality and making everyday driving easier for Australia’s newest drivers.
Stay Platez is proudly Indigenous Australian owned and operated.
Our business is built on the values of innovation, respect, community and creating practical solutions that make a genuine difference.
We’re proud to contribute to Australian entrepreneurship while developing products that support safer roads and stronger communities.
As we continue to grow, we look forward to building partnerships with driving schools, educational institutions, community organisations and government initiatives that support learner drivers throughout Australia.
Acknowledgement of Country
Our business is proudly located on the lands of the Dharug people.
We acknowledge the Dharug people as the Traditional Custodians of this land and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
We also acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, culture and community. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple:
Helping learner and provisional drivers stay safe, stay legal and drive with confidence.
Everything we create is designed to improve safety, reduce unnecessary stress and provide families with products they can rely on throughout the learner and provisional driving journey.
We believe practical innovation can make everyday driving simpler while supporting safer roads across Australia.
Why Choose Stay Platez?
Supporting Australia’s Next Generation of Drivers
Behind every learner driver is someone helping them succeed.
Whether it’s a parent teaching their teenager, a driving instructor sharing years of experience or an adult obtaining their first licence, Stay Platez is proud to support that journey.
Our goal is to provide products that remove one small frustration, allowing new drivers to focus on what matters most—developing safe driving habits and building confidence on the road.
Looking Ahead
As Stay Platez continues to grow, our commitment remains the same.
We will continue developing innovative products that improve road safety, support Australian drivers and reflect the values on which our business was founded.
We’re excited for the future and grateful to everyone who chooses to support our journey.
